Yup ever since the NES, I always use original controllers...the rest always feel very cheap...can't say why...Playstation wise....Since ori PS controller to DS, to DS2 to DS3...it's the best controller yet for a gaming platform...second best is Saturn controller.

/lapaq goes to his store room trying to hook up his old Saturn to have a go at Guardian Heroes..

okay, true story. This reminds me of my first hand experience.

I have a condition, extremely rare it happens. Sometimes I lost grip of what I hold. But it happens a few seconds only. Okay, it kinda relates to this story.

I was playing GT5P, then my wife served breakfast la. She put the handwash water near me.As I was holding the DS3, I somehow lost my grip, and the controller fell into the handwash. My wife quickly picked it up, it was soaking wet. And to add to the horror, the light faded away. Then I thought to myself, confirm this month have to buy a new one. I placed the poor thing out in the sun, to let it dry. I didnt switch it on for 2,3 days, as I thought it was confirmed dead. Then the day I wanted to buy a new one, I thought to myself, lets give it one last shot. I pressed the PS button, and viola, IT WAS ALIVE! I was so suprised, and began testing the thing. I was functional normally, no probs what so ever. Still the thing serves us until now. wub.gif

one thing about this gen's hardware, Sony really rocks.

Aside from the YLOD (affects only earlier models) and wear and tear lens problem, I think they built a solid hardware.

that's cooool.
Actually i've had friends who've completely accidentally soaked their handphones.. and one time one guy even spilt a whole cup of orange juice onto his laptop keyboard area.
The devices died for a while, but after being left to dry a few days.. back to normal! biggrin.gif

Reminds me of my friend's roommate whose friends often get their handphones wet somehow..
and he'd go lend my friend's hairdryer and blew it dry lol

And yes, the phones worked perfectly after xD

Mornin guys,
anyone manage to download games/demos/add-ons.. last night from Sg PSN?

Im currently downloading this new game(Crash Commando).. and its stuck at 69%.. the status says its downloading, but after few hours its still the same at 69%..

is it because of Slowmyx prob or PSN prob? hmm, before this everything is okay..
