Without fail, every time I call to make a complaint, they tell me that I am the ONLY one with such a problem and that they have received no other complaints. I deeply agree on it... I also have same experinces... Different customer service give different answer... I think they are simply making up stories to delay your complaits...
Let me share my latest conversation with them last nite. They told me they had solve the problem on Monday!!! And case close!!! No one inform me... and last nite I even fail to ping yahoo.com as well as local website that they name it!!! And I even call them on Tuesday nite (one day after 'settle' the problem), and they informed me they are still working on it.... It is all complete lies and stories... It must be TM-NUT give authorities for them to make up stories.
And the customer service trying to manipulate my thinking and say oversea website are like that... Like we dunno the actual speed. Until I told them my company is not using streamyx and I know the actual speed, then they keep quiet on it... Before that, they dare to say maybe actually it is not slow, it is just how I use them... All these fxxking excusses that pissed people off.
Here is few suggestion from me...
Keep calling
1300-889-515 and make noise... Please shout to them and do not treat them as human. Being polite just make matter worst and being ignored...
And when they trying to fool you that no such thing of speed issue, ask them to write you the e-mail on the points they just stated. And then we sent those e-mail to press and also publish on website.
I doubt those TM-NUT liers dare to write e-mail as they know they are cheating customer... And only dare to lie over telephone. Thus I also suggest do the conversation recording and let's share on the Internet.

See how much TM-NUT can deny their cheating later...
Damn... These TM-NUT things really disturbing my emotion right now...
