Do pressure them with any means so they can feed back to higher management and hopefully reach thier axxhole CEO.

and i think need to becareful whenever calling 100 for complaints bcoz recently they will hv such thing like THE CONVERSATION MIGHT BE RECORDED FOR THEIR EMPLOYEE TRAINING OR FOR REFERENCE bla bla bla


i doubt their motive of doing so.... LOL

maklumla, they r such unethical and dishonest company....

I do suggest you compile a report and e-mail to the media. Do write to several press at once.

i complaints many time la

they keep coming to my hse fix this fix that

just came to my hse changed the cable which connect frm outside into my hse one

then still got prob then i complaint again

heard they said if got problem again will try to change my internal wiring

but the problem is when i experieced this prob since FEB...my neighbour has d same problem that time too...so

not my inside my house problem loh

haiz...they stupid one la...

those big companies in msia like ktm lrt ...really shocking.gif

i sometimes think wanna go to singapore..lol to use their internet
