What's wrong with your center speaker? I actually got 1 unit of Mission MH3 Center as I just upgrade to M3C2i. If your room is big, better get a bigger one.

nothing wrong...just feel like a small upgrade blush.gif

Hi guys.

Im in sg rite now.
Just now went to Sim Lim mall.
I got 1 offer for a HT setup.
Heres the Component.

Currency rate 2.45

Wharfedale 9 HT set,5.1 for SD 2300=MYR 5635.
Sub using Sw 150.

For amp,he recommend me Denon AVR 2809 for SD 1500=MYR3675.

I ask him about onkyo AVR,but he said onkyo is hot when running.
About the speaker,is it cheap compared to Malaysia shop ?
Some more,he said the sound quality for Wharfedale is smooth compared to klipsch.

Any advise for me ?
Thanks guys, really need yours advice. smile.gif

Well....I listened to many types of Wharfy many times and nothing happen. I listen to Klipsch only one time and got hooked. Maybe Wharfy just not my cup of tea.

Tun Mega, for me I like how Klipsch sounded with music. It's bright (not overly done), fast and very detail...just the way I like it.

Dude....don't listen what the seller said. U will be the one who's gonna live with what u buy so buy what u like u heard. No one can tell u that. Klipsch and Wharfy both are good stuff so in the end it's up to u. Go listen both and other brand as well. Take your time and enjoy the process. The final result will be rewarding smile.gif

oh btw for me....

Klipsch = energetic icon_idea.gif
Wharfy = lazy tongue.gif (no offense to owners)

Wharfy has been in the industry very long already, but not necessarily for older guys only. However, it is kind of true considering the preferred sound to the young generation, which likes bright, detailed and fast-paced sound. Wharfy is warm and smooth just like many songs of the old days, that's why it's more preferred for audiophile hi-fi setups.

Opinions, specs, and reviews are just guides. Audition each speakers first , in the end you'll decide. You won't regret it if it sounds good to your own ears.

Well there's never an ultimate purchase .. just see what you like and listen to which makes you happy ..
No rush in this, because there will always be something better.
But one thing for sure .. audition as much as you can .. it's free!

Dali and Axion are speakers. they will cost somewhat the B&W reigion i guess.
