sfax: Don't worry too much as it's your first marathon. And you clocked a very respectable time for a marathon debut. I'm really proud of you. *I can't imagine you taking your gel while you're doing your business. One side in, another out. Yucks*
*
cos i know wasted alot time , very pekchek do business dont care liao , then take gel later go out can terus run , but still slow cannot pace well for few KM.

Jeff,
told u Nike watch not so reliable one lah.  Failed u at the most critical situation, cinya.  I still hv one TIMEX Ironman 30 lapper watch for sale.  Selling at RM97, bought fr USA one just 3 mths ago.  Fren fren no untung u !!!  if u want it let me know, unless u r going to invest in a Garmin 405.
*
Read alot about Garmin 405 , cinya expensive , maybe get a cheap or used 205/305. for me just wanna speed, pace, distance saja cos i like simply run around pj area, dun care about HR etc function ,and the watch battery last for 10hours only. if really use for normal wear is hard . 405 lagi teruk (7-8hours) , depends how runners want . right ? 1 word WALLET ! brows.gif maybe someday got extra money then go for 405 le , who know drool.gif icon_idea.gif

actually adizero got alot type can go for 10k/21k/full marathon , depends what models , the shoe word adiPRENE , climacool , or formotion ...

ADIDAS Running Technology Footwear
adiPRENE : is highly shock absorbent material that cushions and protect your heel at impact.
adiPRENE+ : Resilient cushioning used protect the forefoot and provide a responsive dynamic toe-off.
Climacool : uses open mesh , breathable materials and ventilation channels to provide 360 cooling around your entire foot. the constant flow of cool air helps evaporated sweat and lower the temperature inside your shoe , and a cooler foot means a cooler athlete.
Microfit ,Wide Last , 2E/4E : adidas Running shoes are available in a variety of widths for both genders. shoe are designed with extra width to give appropriate room to ensure comfortable fit for asian.
Formotion: An active suspension system with two disks that slide horizontally against each other to adapt to the ground slowing the foot rate of pronation and improving motion control.Helps protect your legs by minimizing the shock and impact of every stride. CLICK>All about adizero model

Hey there sifu runners i am picking up running and i am not sure whether to buy the adiZero mana or adiZero CS. maybe you guys could suggest better shoes? my budget is around 200-250 ringgit. if i buy them from warehouse sale, will they wear out quicker? since the stocks are old. one more thing tongue.gif , how big(the perimeter) is the kelana jaya lakeside park? i plan to jog there since it is just a 2 minute drive from my house. thanks for the suggestions and infos! biggrin.gif
