Once a month i will back to my hometown , if meet sunday i will join those uncle to Hashing . after the run all drink beer ! char mee hoon , curry chicken . Guest need pay RM10 . earn

yesterday finally saw a Adizero RC RM419.90 (bo $$ chase another new shoe)/ almost same like adizero Pro RM499.90 .
i get adizero PRO -40% , and adizero breeze RM350 -10%,now a days all running shoe nearly half thousand ringgit ! cinya EXPENSIVE liao , last time most expensive shoe is Nike bastketball , air jordan 600+ Nike full air RM475(1990yrs)Hot NBA , now semua hot running . all brand design for running. soon will RM500-600 a pair ? this weekend(saturday) u guy going bukit aman in the early morning 530am or 730am ? any1 else train more then 10k ? tomorrow who wanna do a LSD 20km , we run to hartamas petronas and reach the traffic light then back to bukit aman car park. 6.00am start. if not ppl i just run double hill 10k

14th night i back to my home town (Taiping) , 15th early morning i drive to Penang 1hour reach. i collect my bib number around 10-11am,12 i need check-in hotel at Bt.ferrengi (Tangjung Bunga). will walk around at gurney afternoon, around evening ready to sleep.

00:46:00Min , i cross over those water pack on road , left leg muscle ter-cramp in the 1st 10KM , shit was early ! just slow pace and tahan it.
01:00:00Min , kena Potong by toto4d U=turn 01:34:00Min , chase back toto4d during up bridge 01:54:00Min , 2nd cramp , tahan lagi , pace with Toto4d 02:04:15Min , 50% cramp , tahan + tahan = slow already (Exit Bridge) around 3.5KM to go 02:12:00Min , last 2 KM take me 14min ,80% cramp give up to chase toto4d , very slow jog back to the end points, force my self to Non-stop . last 3.5KM @22min , 7min/KM Complete : 2Hours 26min 32Sec This post has been edited by sfax: Nov 16 2008, 11:05 PM |

Singapore marathon is near , look like no one train LSD during this 2weeks. today finally complete my 1st 30K run,at california fitness treadmill.
