6000 F3 =243 million transistors
3800 F3 =164 million transistors

and 6000F3 L2 cache size is 1 mb more then 3800 F3

is normal da 6000F3 is quite hot

usually ppl willl choose lower speed and lower TDP proc for overclocking then a bit higher speed and higher TDP proc

maybe want to buy a proc with 1mb x2 cache or higher

but the TDP not interested at all

when wanna playing game, i oc it, playing game not 15 min only, a few hour

imagine what TDP when it in oc condition..
