how bout lower multi such as 8? but u gotta make sure ya board can do 333htt...

my max htt around 320..so cant hit 333 .. this ram really not good.. cant do cl4 above 850Mhz@2.2v.. my previous kvr can hit around 950 with cl4.. too bad sold edi..

ur proc maybe hold back.. summore dun push to much for ur HT link.. keep it below 1000 first

max proc speed is 250x12.5=3125 @ 1.45v stable.. cant get higher freq with higher voltage ( already try up to 1.55v ) htt multiplier is x4.. i want to achieve atleast 900+ Mhz ram..

set to divider 800 , u can get at around that value rite?

try to play w/ MAL & trfc, IINM these 2 options can greatly effect how well ya ram can fare... for others, pls correct me if i'm wrong...

yap can try.. MAL to 10, TRFC for dual channel set to 195 first

MAL = Max. Asynchrone Latency.

MAL..I think its only set-able in MemSet..
Or maybe some mobo has the option..Mine doesnt

yup, abit bios is not so advanced, at least in ax78. but no doubt it is a great value cf board.

don't adjust it downwards in memset as most of d time u'll get freeze screen or a straight reboot.

yup, d option is available but d value is not saved after a save & exit. had this problem ever since i owned my very 1st ta690g. i'm still havin d same problem till now, tried diff version of bios but it didn't help, so i just give up. from what i remember, ram will be able to go further if MAL = 8~9ns. mine always stuck @ 6ns...

cant find it in bios.. change to 9ns in memset n freeze at window startup after uninstall memset through safe mode only can boot to windows the original setting is 6ns.. wat value should i put? 7,8?

meaning that if ya mal is @ 7ns, then u adjust it to 6ns usin memset, most of d time u'll have system crash...

i put it upward but still crash.. nvm.. tired already.. i hv to settle my fyp 1st.. rite now all setting at stock as oc not stable yet.. hope got xtra cash next month to buy new proc.. tq all for ur answer.. really appreciate it..
