It's up to your decision. Biostar or Asrock both are low end mobo. If i choose,i would get Asrock rather than Bisotar.I think 2.4GHz proc is able to setup as HTPC as my current old school S423 is putting in living room as a HTPC too. It's good if you have amplifier + sound systems. so conclusion, shall i get Biostar or Asrock?
