but the real truth was teh vid table.

on C0's and a few unlucky steppings before..
the vid table changes based on mobo/stessing of wrong voltages.. aka gtl/vtt. etc..
hence the instability.. not really a degradation .. so just a myth...

i had a e8500 that changes vid 5 times on different mobos...

E0's doesnt seem to have this issue.

google intel vid table and u will understand..

yeah....i had some issues wit my ram
i can only boot 1 stick at the moment
i'l alert me wit the buzzer wen i put 2sticks
but wen i try each stick on different slots
it works fine

did i fried my rams wen my previous mobo died?

rams fault.. if fried.. u can c it at the contact point.. but if that happens.. bye bye to ure mobo..
second rams degrade...

1st level not working in rated voltage.. need higher...
2nd level... not working in single channel but will work in dual channel..
3rd level.. not working in single/dual channel...

test this three levels.. and u will know.

on p35 dk it was 1.25

n now on p45 dk its 1.1

nice...seems like most e8400 E0 is doing great so far

mine is e8400 C0... i even can't reach 4.0Ghz at you all voltage... i dunno where it goes wrong.. but at 3.8GHz clock the temp is 72c on load when test with intel burn... it is overclock also depend on mobo capability??

hmm. look like e8400 revision E0 much better than C0... but what the different??

My E8400 C0 have no problem OC to 4Ghz with vcore lower than 1.4v....yes, it depends on mobo...

hey dude.. hate to break ure bubble..

try running orthos that stress both cores...instead of any..

mine dont have problem till 4.0ghz so far. but my cmos battery seems like drained up yesterday , cant save the fsb i set in bios , no matter 333 up or down
