It's hard for to find a person who send out the item before payment ( I admit i'm one of them, , i dealed RM200+ stuff, and i sent it out before i received payment without any deposit ).

It's an undeniable proof that you wanted the item so badly and you sound almost like begging y_owez to send the item out A.S.A.P.

The seller TRUSTED you and SHE sent out the item for you as soon as possible as you SOUNDED like you are desperately wanted to buy it even THOUGH YOU DID NOT PAY YET.

Why do you betray a bond between a buyer and seller? Not only y_owez are irritated, i'm sure there's quite number of people feel the same too. If you think that RM20+ are worthless enough, why don't you just bank it in to her? Or perhaps you feel it's hard to earn it too? People worked 10 hours a day just to earn RM25 sometime.

It might sound like i'm scolding you, but if you feel offended, then go on with it. Make a clean deal, solve the simple cases between both of you. It's as easy as 1, 2, 3. It's equivalent trade, you don't pay for nothing. You pay for the product, and you can always use it in the future. Just go to post office, collect it, sign the parcel and take it home, and transfer the money. Simple. I'm sure y_owez would still willing to resend it if you are willing to deal properly with her.

From the conversation log, it's quite clear that you were the one who wanted the items to be delivered to you asap yet you seemed like don't want the item later on and tried to push the item back to the seller without bothering the seller's feeling and the cost incurred. If you are not interested in getting the item, why not just send a sms to y_owez to inform her that you are no longer interested to avoid things like this happen? Being a responsible buyer, you should at least leave a courtesy message to y_owez to cancel your order rather than just keep quiet and pretend that nothing happened.

Sometimes being kind is good, however sometimes shit happens. In order to prevent things like these to happen in future, perhaps you should at least give the buyer at least a sms / call to double confirm right before sending out the item. Frankly, I've made thousands of transactions and I can't deny that a small portion of them are rotten deals whereby people changed their mind at the very last minute and canceled the deal. Good ones will at least sms / call me, bad ones just mia and pretend nothing happened. I remembered one irresponsible dude even ffk-ed me the very last minute and made me rushed all the way from Seremban to KL for nothing. 1 minute before, he was telling me he's reaching there, the minute later, he just off the phone and that's it.

No point bickering here as it'll just lead to few pages of 'tai-chi' show. Why don't you guys just propose for a solution and settle peacefully rather than making each other to look ugly? Come on, it's just 25+- bucks.

Moumou, if you are really not interested in the item anymore, could you at least bear the postage charges to at least cover the seller's lost? Else if you are still keen in getting it, please claim it from the post office, make full payment and settle all these once and for all.

y_owez, if you are kind enough and don't mind losing a few bucks for a lesson, just wait for the item to be couriered back to you and this complaint thread against moumou will remain here to remind others about moumou.

That's my humble opinion, you guys are welcomed to suggest a better solution should you guys have any.
