I finally took the time to screenshot my city, it wasn't very hard, and uploading was very fast.
So let's get down to business

This here is the overview of the map. I didn't zoom out anymore, if not, it will be like trying to see the Great Wall of China in outer space

Now, here's a close up of my 'main hub'. Hub, is the term mostly used in OTTDCOOP as a 'very large station' that handles a lot of traffic. This was my start-up point. I wanted my station to be able to receive goods, and then send them out. Sorry I had to put transparency effect so that you may see what kind of 'load' I'm handling. On the right, is a 'Candy Factory', and on the top is a 'Toy Factory'. The station has been split to two segments, on the left it handles about 3-4 trains, and the 4-track long station handles about
6-7 trains. I have 15 in total, not much, but 'load balacing' on a 4-track station is FUN.

To give an idea of how my load balancing was done, I've included a few screenshots of my main hub. I believe it's the most exciting part of my station, next to the town receiving all my toys and candies.

I would say that my upper-right entry/exit station wouldn't be the best. But like I mentioned in my last post, all this was due to the challenge of space constraint, of which I really enjoy. The ability to adjust according to landscape is TOTALLY interesting. In this pic, I included the amount of Toys and Candy I had to distribute. It's OVERLOADED. I dare not make any more trains to accommodate that

This particular game has been very experimental, and this is the joy you get from trying to mess around with your tracks to make it as efficient as possible. Again, I wouldn't say this is the best, AND, this particular station was highly underused, only because this town had not enough passengers.. So I stumped them and sent the goods elsewhere

(you can see the below train going towards the other town, which makes more money)

A simple Roll-On Roll-Off station created to take Toffee, Batteries(hidden on right), and Cotton Candy. Also somewhat underused due to the low production in these industries

And finally, the Big City I deliver to. I like them because they are secluded, and also because they have lots of passengers, sadly, then only place I can send them to is that wretched city that doesn't want to ride my trains

Here is a station design I designed myself, with the help of a guide to eliminate the 'X' in terminus station(seen in picture 1), this station is 'load balanced' to handle at least 3-4 trains without 'really' jamming them. I now apply this station to most of my games.

Well, that's the end of my tour

I really enjoy watching my main hub taking the load. But you really have to see it in action in order to understand what kind of load this hub is experiencing

(you can request the save file if you want)
C'mon guys, story up your train designs

If you're new, or old, I want to see it

Walao...when the vehicle is getting old...u had to change one by one rite?
I like use train to crash other company trucks...
Last time can crash their trains and planes as well...but latest version disable that 1....sad...

There's an auto-replace feature now in OTTD

You can select to change which engine, or 'car'. But it will change when it goes to a depot, and according to how much money you have
