Imo, if ur referring to price=performance, i'll say g15 more worth it.

If price isn't yer concern, and u don't use lcd on the keyboard at all, imo SidewinderX6 its great, feels much more solid than g15.

SidewinderX6 keys are very visible even with the backlight turned-off, and when the backlights turned-on its looks "ganas" and of course bright with its intense red lights.

have to agree with that. G15 doesnt look solid like you see in the picture. on the other hands X6 looks alot more solid and a very nice and bright backlight. black and red match very well but im not sure if typing is as comfortable as G15 or better.

x6 is flat keys. So a bit harder to type. g15 vs x6, i prefer x6 cox i dont use any micros.

Yes, of course he can commend. But should try to avoid those 'doesn't sound good' wording.

my boss has both....he wasnt sure which keyboard to buy so he bought the G15v2 and the X6...

he says for typing he prefers the X6 more....

the X6 has flat type keys as mentioned and the G15 keys u have to press deeper. depends on which one u prefer...i prefer to press deeper.. coz i type fast and people who usually type fast tend to "bang" on the keyboard when theyre typing...so deep presses are better for me.


so in the end it comes down to what u need and prefer....if ur getting it for typing then u need to determine which type u like......


but if macros are important to u...get the G15. X6 macros are damn stupid.. especially for my usage where long keystrokes are important. the software oso is horrendous.

ive posted about the stupidity of the macros in here and the microsoft thread before. go search if u wanna know more about it.





for me...between the 2.... ive only tried both for a short time...but during that short time i prefer the G15. mainly due to how i type and also the macros are SO MUCH more user friendly then the X6...they do what i wan them to do etc without hassle.

i been using wireless for 4~5years, the signal is bad! u cannot move further from estimate 1meter from the wireless terminal. plus u need to put same waterlevel with the wireles terminal or else, nightmare started !

even my 2 year o logitech mouse had better signal and working 100times better than microsoft...
from now i only prefer Logitech/Razer/Steels Series

Ic...u can have a try for the a4 tech g6 or g7 series. I being using the g6 and it work perfectly for me for the past 1 year

this thing is huge the design is nice

what i like about that keyboard is that each and every key can be customize. the software they provide is just wow

the bad side imo, its the keys layout. the direction keys is stuck with those numpad and for me, i really dislike it.


and is the backlight bright? can't really see from the pic

and also this part looks interesting

Wao now dota no nid to press alt button d ar? Coz i stop playing it till 1.21.

since 1.22 patch u got the option to always turn on the health bar...but for old players they still prefer to hold down the alt button...old habit cannot change one...haha

not to say it is the only good one for gaming...it actually depends on what u want on ur keyboard...the advantages for g15 is that it got alot of macro keys and oso a lcd screen...if u think that u need all that then u can buy...if not there are many others keyboard to consider about...with ur rm300 budget u got lots of choices to choose from...cheers...
