i just wonder...
i bought my hamster the same day with my friend.
My friend's hammy is a male, mine is a female.
Izzit that female tend to be a smaller size than male?
Coz last week i visited my friend's Pochi, his hammy size is slightly bigger than my Cookie.
Btw, both of the hammies is 3months & 3 weeks old.

This actually depends on what they have been fed when young.

I can tell you that my female syrians are bigger than my male syrians because the females have been feed fresh since young from a very good breeder compared to those syrians that I got from pet shops.

tissue is ok if it's scentless and printless. I usually use toilet paper. Those we use in the toilet. My hams dig that. biggrin.gif

Yes toilet paper is safe for them. Much safer than putting cotton.

You go to PLC Sunway and find Sanko 21cm silent wheel or you go PetShack to get wodent wheel jr. Both are very good wheels for syrians.

odd_mochi,

Can google "online pet shop" and select "pages from Malaysia" for more info.

http://www.google.com.my/search?hl=en&q=on...=cr%3DcountryMY

But not so much for hamsters. Mainly dogs and cats. And not much online pet shops though.

yes not much online pet shop in local. also becareful n read carefully. some online shop has this T & C.:

Pre-order items may come to situation, being imform by supplier that the particular item was discontinue or need 3 months to supply. Refund will be deduct of 3% transaction fee from original amount due to charges by their payment service provider.

means this online shop is totally no capital online store, plus they are not resposible for anything. Buyer have to rugi themself if their supplier no stock.

some responsible online store will give back full payment. smile.gif i bough a shirt online. and i get my full refund cos their supplier no stock.

so when buying ur hammi stuff online.. becareful ya.. read all the T&C!!

I just bough something for hammi online too. but not local, from USA. will share with u all when i get it.. heheh
