no doubt fiberglass will be easiest and cheapest way.
But it's not durable..It cracks easily.

Well it could crack if the sun is too hot I guess? I'm not very sure about heat resisting of fiberglass.
But my crack means it can't withstand impacts. Like if you are washing your car, even if you pushed it too hard accidentally, it might crack lol.

Aluminum is a better choice but I have no idea where can we get it done.

Cracked because of the heat of the sun AND the engine. If your bodykit is white, it will look damn ugly because it will turn yellowish and when see from near, those "yellow veins" can be seen easily. At this stage, the bodykit will become like kueh-ka-pek liao. Not to mention fiberglass is carcinogenic.

If you're not changing bodykits every single month, I suggest you take other alternatives suggested by others such as aluminium and if you can afford it: Carbon fiber.

If i not mistaken, i heard that Fiber can mix with PU right?? So it will be hard a bit yet a bit more impact resistant huh?? Any idea how much will it cost to make a fender using aluminum also where to find those ppl to make it huh?? unsure.gif

Depends on you -.-
You said you want light weight, go for fiberglass then, as its very thin so it beats PU or alu without doubt.
Get fiberglass also not bad lah tongue.gif

Buy some carbon fiber sticker and you save the money for painting laugh.gif
