damn speaking of the devil.. my friends credit has been deducted.. they previous credit was under rm 5 and 1 specifically rm 3.46 now become rm0.00.. jus a sudden deduction.. it seem to be aiming those with balance lower than rm10.. my balance is still rm 15 .. hope it doesn deduct me..

I think the glitch happens because of the system upgrading. They are in the midst of shifting the users to a new system.
In this case, I think I'll be probably be one of them too because my current balance is RM 4.66.
Anyway, I have not much effect as I can still use my DiGi EDGE just that the hassle of asking back from them.

cal digi careline.. they confirm the case.. and they said they r very soli for the situation.. normal service and balance recovery only after 26/4/2009 .. .. they said they r upgrading platform and switching each user one by one..sigh.. guess it gonna hit me soon .. jus hope not so soon.. sigh...

It is hitting Malacca now, I think it will come to you soon because they need to get everyone migrated to the new system by 30th.

my fren dunno why still can call out with 2 cents only.....just now he told me all the sudden he lost like 14 from his credit by making a call which lasted like few seconds then he call and screw them lol.....the upgrade really messy eh

The new platform creates loads of problems. Hopefully it will be rectified as soon as possible.

Yes... Pathetic.
I have no faith seriously, I have this feeling that it will be dragged longer than 24 hours.

Recently there are few forummers receiving this SMS and it varies among them:
1) Congratulations, you've just reached Tier 1 Total Usage
2) Congratulations! You've hit Tier 1 of Domestic SMS usage.
3) Congratulations! You've hit Tier 1 of Domestic GPRS usage.

The first one is still explainable but second and third, I really have no idea for them.

i think it's the quota in which the after sms/calls will be free.
in this case, i think u're using the super SMS plan rite?

1) d'campus calls
2) super sms plan
3) the data plan


well, this just my guess, cos i got the (1) sms after i made calls exceeding the RM1 quota


oh and fruitie, if it's back, it should be back now...

Added on April 25, 2009, 1:57 amIt is back!! I did try putting off the SIM card and replaced with my postpaid SIM card on my modem to ensure it wasn't that my modem spoilt.. Then, it worked for my postpaid SIM.

Poked in my D' Campus SIM card, then it works.

I am not sure if this is co-incidentally or it was OK since ages back?

Yeah, I am aware of that and I'm still struggling to complete my assignments. So, I don't think I can sleep by 7.00 a.m.

So has any1 found out anything regaarding d tier 1 sms from digi? Is it under frebies? I got rm3.68 inside frebies..
