I'm amazed. I thought DiGi stated RM30/month but it's RM25/month.

Wow, good news for me. For past few days I'm always looking for cheap broadband connection but all also quite expensive for students such like me. Hmm...sounds not bad huh,RM25/month. How is the connection? Stable?

It is stable, not to worry. It is not that fast but stable and most of us are satisfied. smile.gif
Only for around RM 25/month, it is affordable. smile.gif I have used for around one year of Celcom D98 (RM 98/month), was quite OK but became inconsistent and with petty 5GB fair usage policy. It really makes everything near to impossible. Anyway, DiGi EDGE has no fair user policy. smile.gif
Make sure you can register for D' Campus package. laugh.gif

Hmm, just looking for faster than gprs connection. Not really wanted to pay so much for internet. Is college students applicable? What are the requirement? will it expire if I leave college to another?

If your area is within EDGE coverage, then you will get EDGE else it is GPRS. Nevertheless, most of the areas are with EDGE now, so not to worry. smile.gif
I appreciate if you could read the first post for more information.
By the way, is your college is listed here? http://www.digi.com.my/whatshot/promotions/dc/outlet.jsp
If no, I'm sorry then you cannot apply but if you have friend studying in any of these selected universities/colleges then you can use his/her ID card to apply.
It will end once you graduate. What will come after your graduation? Perhaps it will revert back to RM 66/month? I'm not sure. smile.gif

hehe lemme support D'Campus surf plan besides just fruitie smile.gif
It's really stable comparatively. Not to mention it's really affordable by students. The speed is great and nice enough for sites surfing. If u wanna stream videos then it's a bit on the down side

ya i've used the celcom 99/month plan too. i've endured worse than fruitie, the line was shared between 4 ppl. Unpredictable speed, unstable. Bleh...

Actually I tried streaming video from Youtube, it did lag but only buffered 1-2seconds. Usually I mute it first and let it finishes loading only happily watching. laugh.gif biggrin.gif

lao.. Any of u guys experienced this? DiGi apparently is migrating all users to a new system.
Apparently they were migrating mine today, and as a result, i can't use my phone for whole day, only until 1:10 am just now.

Previously, i still have a balance of RM4 plus, then it suddenly reduced to RM0.02 at around 3 am.

The next morning (today afternoon), i went to reload, and still the balance is RM0.02.

Called DiGi up and they gave me that reason.

I only received the SMS telling us they are doing upgrades, not sure about the new system though.
If in that case, I am sure DiGi will refund you back the credit. smile.gif
