all the sifu, i just remove some program that i do not need but after uninstall da program, there still left the file in the memory ler, how to fully uninstall it? and after uninstall, the file that still left in the memory are gone case dy, which it cant open it anymore...

soft reset see still there or not

after soft reset still there bro. just wanna ask the SIS service fast or not? cuz i called them they say if soft reset still have the same problem then need to send back to diagnos wat the problem, the worst is change MB. My device still so new ler.....or i should wait test few days to see how?

oh ya another problem that may causes to change of MB from SIS is that i cant charge the batt fully(charge for 5 hours) and need to restart then only can see the batt is fully charge.

last options to do is Clear Storage (Hard Reset) back to factory setting before sending back to sis. sometimes, some incompatible version of software might caused alot of trouble.

do u mean that can't fully charge also caused by the software as well?anyway i had not install other software in this device ler.

have you done Hardreset yet? like i said, HR is your last options before sending to sis. what can you do ? staring at your HD scratching your head waiting there wondering hows battery unable to fully charge?? do it, who know it will goes back to normal??

would like to ask whether HR will erase all the contact? and will HR erased all the storage memory thingy?

HR will wipeout everything on Main Memory not Storage Cards.

things to do before you hardreset

1. Download PIMBackup 2.8 >> Here (this tool can backup all of your contacts / task / appointments / call log / call history / sms/mms )

2. After hardreset you may restore it back.

HR will erase everything in the phone's memory(like installing a fresh windows)..but not your memory card.

no, this is standalone applications which will only backing up to your storage card, and will also restore back from your storage card.

hi, i'm planning to buy a htc touch 3g before CNY...just want to ask all sifu...is it this phone good ? any seller here ? if got pm me....i want a htc touch 3g original SIS...not ap.

the phone is good..is fast and the battery last long... the only downside is, no auto focus camera, and no front camera for video call. Last trip i was using the GPS from KL to penang, battery level still left half.

how long was your trip? judging from your battery cap 1100mah, and GPS, if not on full backlight, possible from full charge.....can last....3 and a half hours?

wow, total cost how much on the gps ? expensive ? now i dilemma, dont know want buy it or not....coz my budjet only rm 2000 max....can support up to 16gb ?

wanna ask all sifu here, hard reset do mean tat i need to reinstall all my software such as window mobile?

if htc touch 3g compare with nokia music xpress 5800 and samsung omnia...which one will be better ?
i more like can install a lots of software...

When do hard reset, means your device will back to default setting = new device which all ORIGINAL settings (no fancy stuff, no contact, all just like BRAND NEW)
