I just want to check with all the people who bought this PDA from PC fair, may I ask how is the warranty counts? From the date you purchase or the date sticker that stick on the hardware like battery? Coz I bought at PC fair December but I notice that battery is stated November? Please advice and also my wife pointed out that sale person open up a new box for us to see but then later go and change another box for us. Not sure whether am I getting a used set? Any advice?

warranty start from the data of purchase (offical receipt as the proof of purchase)

1. how do we transfer the file from Phone storage to to the Micro SD card?
2. where can we check with the the phone book, ringtone & etc actually save at?

1)
Go File Explorer, locate the "FILE" in phone storage.

- TAP & HOLD on the file name, the submenu will come out. You can choose Cut / Copy as you wish

or

- select the file name, press MENU (on the bottom right corner), select Edit, choose Cut / Copy

Once you selected the action = Cut / Copy, click on the Drop Down List on your top left corner. (Below your windows ICON , it might be showing My Device) Select Storage Card.

And place the file where you wanna save at...

For Ringtone in device it self, for my is locate at Windows/Rings

Phone book wise i not sure, as i didnt use the phone book in device ( i jst use the SIM phone book)

i oso bought from pcfair with 1 year extended warranty... actually how does sis know we have purchased extended warranty? i bought from pdarena they said anything can bring back to them and they will help me do warranty... but wat happen if i go straight to sis?

have u fill in an application form (sis membership)?

I bought from Pdaexpert, they do ask me fill in the form for 1+1 year extended warranty.

Hm... now it keeps me thinking about the warranty thing... payed extra 80 for tat... but how do i know really got tat? now i only got the receipt from pdarena with all the list downs...

did a quick survey @ lyp today... ground floor offering rm1899 + 4 GB mem.....then 1 shop on level 2 is offering RM1999 with bt + 4GB + original in car charger...if do not want the package can opt for 2GB mem but price is RM1799....all standard sis 1 year warranty..

Well, i check carefully the receipt and 1 more warranty receipt again, and i notice the warranty actually is covered by Mobisure... then when i went pyramid shopping today i pretend drop by to ask about the pouch then ask ask them bout the warranty, they said mobisure is some sub contractor for SIS... can some1 verify that mobisure is an authorised agent for warranty thing? Coz it's really weird since pdaexpert gives warranty from SIS...

@~Battousai~ do u send back the reply card in the box?

so far haven't encountered shell32 error, but i encounter wat service.exe error. And the phone become laggy now, althou the touchflo interface is still very smooth.

Er is turning on and off the phone same as soft reset?

turning on off no effect at all one.

Mine also comes with 2 yrs wqarranty... i bought mine from maxis n they told me that if i 1 d ext warranty i have to fill up a form aprovided by sis n sent it back to sis and they will in turn sent me a pouch for free...

Is there a free pouch for sending back the extended waranty? I got that 2nd year waranty as well from SIS.

How come PDAexpert ppl dindnt tell about the filled of extended warranty form in return of a ori T3G pouch.......

My phone charge for more than 3 hours but it still showing in charging mode, n it wont stop finish charging. But when i off on the phone when still charging, after that it show the batt is fully charge. Is it got any problem that my phone has or the batt are having problem?

The t3g I got from PDA expert are facing problem with charging since 1st day.. and I found out there is an hardware defect at the back of the connection with the battery.

Sent it over to PDA expert once, somehow they did not notice it and was told that it might due to the usb did not connect properly during charging. Call them up again today.. and was told to send over for waranty.. very bad luck.. a new phone and have to send for waranty.

when the phone is fully charged, the orange led light will be gone or turn yellow (i've forgotten which 1) rite?

I just check with SIS, this mobisure thing is not related to them. and SIS is offering rm35 for extended warranty for pcfair purchases! damn i paid almost 80 bucks for this mobisure which is so unknown!
Dunno still wanna get the SIS warranty o not...

erm, so far my charging no problem, no matter IDLE charge or Off charge also fine. (When charging is Orange, finish is Green)

PDA expert no told me about extended warranty... Any idea they offer such extended warranty ?
