My address book is a jumble of numbers with and without prefix. I took that into account when testing both sms and calls.

Look into /System/Library/Frameworks/UIKit.framework/PhoneFormats and see how many files in there?

I'm using digi... I have so far managed to test on 016, 014, 03 and 019 number.

Ok guys give this a try. I haven't done much since half an hour ago since I JB the phone that could be connected except for changing the ABAddressFormats.plist. I'm doing some googling and Apple did some updates to their prefixes as well so maybe they did something here. I dunno...just give it a try and backup your original before u do.
