i use LiteForex for mini account .. withdraw many times edi . they have a local branch at kelantan .. so they transfer straight to my Maybank account ..

for my standard account, i use IBFX ... never withdraw yet .. this one .. collect deposit first.. tongue.gif
LiteForex has a local branch in Kelantan? Like an office with a physical presence? That's interesting because i wouldn't expect an international forex broker to have a branch based in Kelantan, of all places. I had a look at their website and they're part of Straighthold Investment Group which is based in Seychelles. I mean, why Kelantan lol, the capital city is KL.

Is there any broker that has an office in KL?

So it's free to withdraw from LiteForex? Cause it cost like 15 bucks each time you withdraw from Oanda which is kind of a rip-off. That's why i asked.

NFP ?? maybe same thing happened on EJ ..
But my question is why was there an activity at that time when market's meant to be closed.

You can place an order now so when the market reopens it'll be executed straight.

@small-jeff there is no gap for oanda users as our market opens same time in real time and you can place orders..from what i know mt4 opens their markets at 6 or 7 am but oanda opens at 5am.. that explains y there is a gap sometimes.. BUT placing orders now is out of the question as during weekends the spreads are heightened and all pairs numbers are adjusted to prevent orders during weekends... it will be adjusted to normal once market re-opens..

withdrawing always has its charges and 15 bucks is nothing if you can trade profitably consistently.. i'm not sure about liteforex withdrawing charges BUT if it goes through bank wire there will be charges..

FYI,
oanda does't charge you fee if you withdraw 1 times within 1 month.
If more then 1 time during same month then they only charge you.

Well it is costly if i intend to withdraw money weekly, it adds up to quite a significant amount in oanda.

How about you do your research before you talk?

Oanda withdrawal fees
It's stated clearly that the first withdrawal in a month is $20, any additional withdrawal is charged the fee plus another $15.
It's only free the first time if you withdraw by check and paypal the first time in a month.
And i confirmed this by asking their live chat assistant.

The next time you wanna act like a d*** you'd better get your facts right.

Can someone explain to me why is there a sudden rise in the middle of the break? Was there some trading going on?

Oanda is interesting cause they update their quotes thru the weekend. You can even trade them if you want to pay the spread.
prices move on the weekend - where do u think that Sunday open gap comes from?
You can just select the 'Ignore weekend data' option if you want.

MNet there is no charges for oanda withdrawal IF you are requesting withdrawal by cheque which is only applicable in the US and not in malaysia. For the money to come back here it will probably be through Wire transfer which cost USD20 as mentioned.

@orangysb
There is no need to be rude to MNet. He was just stating that you should do a bit of research. Anyway if you are looking for withdrawal from a broker without any bank wiring charges I would be happy to know as well because the charges is charged by the bank not the broker. Liteforex doesn't charge any money if you withdraw from their local branch which is in Kelantan BUT their exchange rates will kill u. (Eg : deposit = rm3.70 withdrawal = RM3.50)

Hey i didn't start it, i knew what i was talking about.

Anyway i haven't withdrawn using wire transfer before, since i use paypal, but i'm pretty sure banks don't charge you for receiving money right, they only charge the senders don't they? Otherwise the withdrawal fee plus fees charged by your bank would add up to an even more substantial amount.

This week, i will concentrate on long strategy. Short strategy no longer appropriate as on Monday - Thursday, not much bad reports.
On Friday, retail sales are much anticipated to short it for scalping..hehe brows.gif

AU will go up base on what i see for DOW. I won't be holding any position shorts this week at all.

Share your expertise please, how does Dow tell you AU would be going up? Simply because it rose on Friday?

Finally you know what to do. Forums is to share opinion. My objective in forum is, I wanna see others chart. See what important point that I've missed out during my drawing. So that I wontget caught in any uncertainty.
