hm...weakness of USD is starting to show as Treasuries will soon not be a safe haven. Hopefully the weakness is not just a short term booster pill cause of Obama and auto bailout.

However, with T-Bill falling to 0.00%, that would initially bring mid term treasuries yield down first, i.e. the 10 year note, before the bubble burst can actually happen. However, 10 year yield may go as low as 2.6% before 2Q2009. Oil still holding strong at $43 amid OPEC cutting output and IEA cutting forecast.

German bund and Gilt isnt showing much signs of decline yet (German bund already showing some good signs), but probably would when worse kicks in.

hm..new bill and note up for sale today and tomorrow. Current bid-to-offer ratio has increased. Wonder would this be enough to pump USD higher against others on opening bell? I think end of this month can timely tell whether and/or when USD will make its bearish reversal. Correction waves in EU should be over pretty soon. Time to break the wedge.

Base on my analysis, Dow Jones should retrace from its current bull run to 8200-8000. I believe the market has seen and heard enough good news that the underlying fundamentals will MATTER at the end of the day. If the US dollar starts to weaken or shows any bearish reversal, that means the DOW has hit the bottom. Highly unlikely as 4th quarter earnings are just few weeks away. I am pretty sure traders are heavily shorting at any sort of rally these days.

yeah...i believe we've yet to see the bottom of DOW yet. Another reason to drive money back to Treasuries today: Fannie Mae... They should just stick to mortgage and insurance... Retails on Friday should tell whether we can make a new low

Yup, today's Dow price action reflects weakness in strength. Daily stochs showing overbought. A retracement or the continuation of a DT is pending.

got stopped out.. crazy spike up T_T

i'm thinking if i should short now, looks like it's going down

shorted just now and put my stop loss at -2 pips, hit it within half an hour and made 2 pips profit lol

EU holds at around 1.3262 resistant. This rally seems more of a speculation move in the forex market, based on treasuries's bubble and further rate cut.
