those companies are selfish, when nVidia was dominating the market, they leech like nobody's business. now nVidia having trouble, they wanna hop over to ATI's ship

They got no choice since they have so many employees to feed. And Nvidia seems to have a reputation for treat they partners badly (Read from wikipedia).

I'm considering to buy Gainward HD4670. Is my PSU enough to support this card?

Currently my specs are as below:
Intel Core2Duo E8400
Corsair XMS2 (DDR2) 2x1GB 800MHz
Intel DQ35J0
Maxtor 200GB SATA
Seagate 500GB SATA2
CoolerMaster 460W

Why don't XFX produce both ATI and Nvidia graphic cards?

Erm...It's stated on your psu. Anyway, the power consumption for 4670 is very low. Cap ayam psu also can sustain.
