upgraded to iTunes 8 !
not yet got time to explore it...... but nice designs !

btw.... Firmware 2.1 I believe only available to upgrade if you are on iTunes 8.
cos before upgrade iTunes, I did not see it shows "new firmware 2.1" to update.

Once upgraded to iTunes 8, it shows there is a new update Firmware 2.1 for my iPod Touch.
I believe it should work that way too to the Aifon or Aifontriji

My ipod touch running 2.1 but i still can't get the genius playlist on the ipod up and running. No matter what song i select, always show not enough info to generate playlist.

i dled battlestar gallatica, after 12 am only ok for me
but why i dl saja, one shot dl HD and SD as well?

bro string, do you have any problem by using itunes 8.0 to back up ur phone.
i have received the error msg "itunes could not backup the iphone because the backup could not be saved on the computer".
Does any of you encounter this problem?

Back up still takes ages to complete (but steve promise to solve this in fw2.1) but 1 thing i can see that this version of itunes uses alot of the pc resources and slow it down a bit. V7.7 last time was not as resource hungry as this version.

As for my iPod Touch 2.1, genius also not working..i read from forums and it seems that it only works on iPod if the music are auto sync, mine is manual sync

That's weird. You are using Leopard right? Did you do a Software Update or downloaded the full dmg from Apple site?

My Genius is working fine. In fact, so good, I'm having a hard time trying not to buy the song it recommends! If this makes it to movies or TV shows, I'm screwed.

I downloaded the itunes.dmg instead of software update. Urs manual manage music also ka?

Or could it be my itunes library too few songs to get genius working? Only got 41 songs now BTW, the genius bar works as it recommends me music based the current track playing.
