thats cuz the weather it not set to aumatically update. be advised that when u automatically update, each time u update cost rm 1. unless u have data plan i think. not too sure.

if u wanna see today's weather, simply update the weather.

or under weather tab of TF3D, click menu > settings > download weather automatically

Just tried the registry edit on xda forum and surprisingly the value in my phone's registry is already set with what they suggested. I think AdvancedConfig did it but still to no avail my phone's screen switches off while I'm talking. They also said after you turned the screen on, it'll stay on no matter what but in my case the screen will be turned off again .

I haven't exactly tried receiving calls yet after doing the update, so I'll tell you as well if mine worked, h11g.

change it back to the original

soft reset

apply tweak

soft reset again

see if it works

Btw, when I slide out the keyboard and try tapping the screen, it's always a little laggy for me, and it seems like it's detecting my touch at the wrong place. For example, if i try to tap S on the on-screen keyboard, it'll detect my press as X, etc. Does anyone else have a same problem or a solution to this?

Ok after intense testing i found out the underlying problem. the screen will not be turned off until i tilt the phone like how we usually hold it against our ear. so lets say if u put the phone up right vertically the screen won't turn off by itself.

hmmmm i knew about this already, but i thought the tweaked solved the problem. looks like no way to solve it, but i suggest when u need to, then switch on your screen la, leaving screen on makans a lot of battery anyway

Yes! Exactly my question - not really idle, but the screen freezes and there's no response to your touches whatsoever.

how come after i install the diamond tweak,when there is a incoming call during my conversation,the tp didnt show the incoming no and only can hear the incoming caller tone...n?ot even can hold the call and switch the call also...y?

guys, cheers up....don't worry, every problem sure has it's own solutions [ we all have to go thru trial and error to get things right ]

Issue 1 :
Always want screen to be turn on during call or always leave screen on when you turn on the device [ why want to do that ]

Suggested solutions :
Step 1 : go to Start > Settings > System > Power > Advanced > unchecked the first two option
Step 2 : use Advanced Config. go to Phone > Fast Sleep during call > disable it
Step 3 : use Advanced Config. go to Light sensor > Light sensor polling > disable it
Step 4 : soft reset


mine idle for less than 1 sec, how long is yours? have you apply all the performance tweak?

sorry didn't get what you mean....do you actually want the program shortcut to be placed in the start menu? what shortcut program that you actually intend to be placed there?

Not start menu.. I want the program to be automatically activated on starting up the phone. Erm.. the program that I wanted this to work with is Ariel Battery (the one that displays battery life in percentages).
