But I've seen review somewhere that Huntkey 550W exploded under full load condition, just as precautious so that your other pc hardware doesnt die with it in case overload occurs (I think there should be some over-current protection circuit implemented) (not sure about 650W model)

I'm trying to replace my tecom 500w psu with huntkey greenstar 550w.. where is the best? i need some comment to the user of huntkey.. as i'll do some overclocking of my amd athlon x2 5000+ BE soon. this is the spec:
AMD Athlon X2 5000+ Black Edition 2.6GHZ ( will overclock up to 3.2GHZ) Corsair XMS2 2GB DDR2 800Mhz 5-5-5-18 Abit AN9 32X Motherboard EVGA 7600 GT KO graphics card LG DVDRW 160GB SATA Seagate 2x80mm led casing fan Will this huntkey 550w can acquire my system? |

overloading i think is like this:
for eg: a 550w psu with efficiency 80% (which is 440w) connect to a power hunger system that require 450w. it may boot up, but will shorten the lifespan of the psu. |

I have Titan 650w.
