But you won't be able to know who is calling you when you turn off your phone.

My father has a Celcom prepaid line.
Somehow Celcom outlet refused to transfer the Celcom prepaid line under my brother's name, so that can benefit from UOX package.

AFAIK, to change to 3g simcard its rm5 unless u are > 1 year with celcom, its free.
