Am planning a 3D2N trip to Bandung for 2014 - is there like a 'peak' period or any particular month to avoid travelling there ?
Cause we plan to head there in either of these months July, August or September.

Of the many FOS outlets there, which are the ones highly recommended to go to & also which to avoid? haha

yes, avoid go to bandung in the hari raya period. bandung will have heavy traffic jam. going here in fasting month also make your lunch a bit limited.

Oh, going during fasting month is the best time for lunch!

Bcos there's no Q at most restaurant. And a lot of them have promo for lunch, as high as 50% discount!

The only drawback is you can't have sushi on the belt, need custom order.

when is the best time to visit bandung? may? usually july is fasting period?

anytime except weekend and holiday here, is a good time to visit bandung.

any raining season? any idea when is next year's puasa? i dont want to go in a puasa month..

rainy season usually about oct - mar. but season seems change this year.

Baru balik dari bandung and currently the wheather there is just nice. A bit hot but good for jalan-jalan. Not much shopping because i go there for sight seeing. I went to safari park, trans studio, tangkuban perahu, lembang floating market and kampung gajah. Most of you already knew fo's around there but if u want to try bandung local brand aka distro pls visit jln trunojaya. Great design, quality and cheap also. For supir, as reviewed by forummer here. Im using Angga from AndraRenTour. Reliable and honest. Really happy with his service.
