reason for the drop:-

- Spike in inter-bank lending rate fuels worry
- U.S. extends $85 billion loan for 79.9 pct stake in AIG
- Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs tumble

the 50 billion injected by Fed failed to reassure the investors.

That 50b is very small amount compared to what the Fed have shell out to do all these rescue package. Total amount used is already at $900b, which is astonishing.

Yesterday I had time and read about the problems underlying. Its said to learn that most of these huge losses are the result of CDS. I also wish to have CDS here in Malaysia. Then I can have no worry doing business here.

Morgan Stanley also drop to below $20 despite way better earnings. Scary shit.

AIG now below $2 while Lehman close to $0.12.

US financial sector is in real deep shit. There are more than 50++ big US corporation that are already in shitty condition and just 'waiting' to be reveal 1 by 1. Yup those companies are in waiting list and to be reveal soon coz if reveal all together at once, another "BLACK MONDAY" will occur; a drop of 25% of the index in a day. Imagine that on KLCI, currently at around 1000pts, drop 25% = 250pts in a day. That ll be a record breaker and NO it won't happen in KLCI coz we got 'circuit breaker mechanism'.

Bears Stern, Lehman Brothers, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and now AIG (a.k.a AIA in Asia)....soon to follow Morgon Stanley, Goldman Sach. the list will go on until 50++. May takes another years to reveal all the corporation. Just be patients.
