1. Create a new folder and name it anything you like. Let's say we name it as "No Slide" for example.

2. Create new folders : Bundles/com.apple.springBoard/en.Iproj

3. Place the edited SpringBoard.strings into Bundles/com.apple.springBoard/en.Iproj

4. Upload it to Library/Themes

5. Unselect all your themes in Winterboard and select only the new created theme. Respring.

6. Check if the "No Slide" theme works.

7. Re-enable your other custom themes and see what's in the way of the slide to unlock if there is.

its still da same. i tried step by step as u said but the slie to unlock just cannot dissapear.
either it pushed a side or its stay there.

i go thru the post#1 and i tried do some tweeks on sound and wallpaper, all works fine but only the slide to unlock thing is bugy.
any other possible cause, can u figure out?

Here's the file i'm using. Works for me. Hope it works for you. Unselect alll your themes and only tick this theme. Make sure it is working before you proceed putting back your themes.

I'm using the WeatherClockTime widget, can you teach me how can I shift it to the top of my screen? Right now it's at the bottom, and I am able to shift only the weather to the top, but not the analogue and digital clock

Edit the widget.html file in Weather folder.

Change this line <link rel="stylesheet" href="../StyleSheets/ClockStyle-Bottom-(White).css">

to <link rel="stylesheet" href="../StyleSheets/ClockStyle-Top-(White).css">

Try installing Winterboard again.

yes more can be done but what will it be?i dont want to do too much and slow down my iphone and too messy...

i used to use homescreen but the weather forecast will cost me fortune to update every hr

You can change your carrier logo, loaders, put widgets etc


You can set how often you want the update interval for the weather forecast. You can use wifi to update it.
