currently, no available housing yet... but it should be available in the future
apart from housing, the back panel is changeable... so, its like changing half of the fone housing
so far, with the blue back panel(comes with white set), its still kilat, but those finger print is not obvious

abt the miss press, if u r used to s60 interface, it shouldn't be a problem.
though blind messaging is still kinda hard to do

the last fair was quite a hit, though not much ppl knew abt the fair

i got a copy the malsingmaps (the contirbuter version)
i've installed/replaced the free version map. However, it can't detect the internal GPS chipset... only external gps unit can be detected
any help???

now can view the map oni... but cannot use the gps

coz it works with the normal free maps.. just that when i change map... it doesn't work anymore

no xenon
n82 leads in camera wise although same module used
slightly cheaper
GPS chipset is more sensitive.... (not a big deal, it just a few seconds difference)
other than that, both fones r similarly the same

so, u make ur choice
though i would say n79 would be better choice since it is a new fone and also for what it offers
for the price u pay

anyway, the blue cover have some pattern like the brown 1, its not plain color....
n it seems to have better resistant to smudges...(maybe its me )

i tried turning a-gps on n off, difference is abt a few seconds only... Maybe its location factor
currently using contributor version of malsingmaps
i heard some ppl said malfreemaps is better... any comments?

so far, installed a few games n applications since its only the 2nd day of usage
ahem* S60 V3 games, messenger (though i rarely use this), scientific calculator, coz the default 1 is a crap

i noticed 1 thing though, the battery life is good, but once falls to 4 bars left, it insanely drop to 1 or low pwr within an hour or 2.
Is this normal?

abt 1hr call, 30~40 msgs
heavy usage on mp3 (i miss my SE megabass )
a bit of camera
fm transmitter (just 4 fun)
abt 1hr garmin xt
maybe another hour on gaming...

it can last +-2days
normally, it have 4-5 bars in the evening on the 2nd day, then the battery level drops insanely...
i can't say much, since its the 3rd day in use oni

but just now drop my fone.... very pain
luckily got pouch... but still pain

there is red assist light?
tak nampak pun, mine just flashes out the dual led...
dun tell me grey version n white version is different?

now that u mentioned it, the focus and shutter sound remain on although the fone is in silent profile
the 2nd thing is that, all of ur settings in the camera are not saved...
so, after close the lens cover and reopen it, u have to do all the setting again
thats y i rather use auto setting, malas 1 2 set
