You still can cross invite your friend to you region BUT only resticted to your Personal Space. i already tested this with samurai20 yesterday morning. He using US PSN & Im using SG PSN. I can go to his Personal Space & vice versa..but by the time we exit the personal space, we were directed to our region Home Square. And i cant even invite him to join me at SG Home Square.
