Is this web site legit? Its not asking for a password so I guess that is okay. But why the ip address on the web link? I did a WHOIS and it wasn't particularly helpful.

for all those confused, you can 'jump' to different home locales depending on where your friends are. If your friends are in the US home locale, and they are on your PSN list, open your PSP (press start) and under your friends list you'll find an option to jump to their location.

I have the japan home, kind of confusing to use because everything is in japanese!
