wow! my morning started off lucky! i got an invite too! from US i guess. but when i download, it states there sony computer entertainmaint europe?
 Added on November 22, 2008, 9:41 amhmm..as expected...our beloved shitmyx isn't so friendly when it comes to downloading the in-Home locations/games/etc. soo slow. hi guys..just wanna ask. the different Homes (SG, US, UK, etc)..it all depends on the invite you got...or the PSN account you redeemed it from?
for instance, i got the invite, based on my account which is US PSN. so my Home is US? So meaning, you actually have multiple Home universe? for example, if A logs in his US PSN, enters Home, he couldn't meet his friend B who logged in Home using SG PSN? Added on November 23, 2008, 1:22 pmoh and it took me less than half an hour for me to download Home...i mean the 77mb file la. yeah indeed it can be shared between diff PSNs on one machine. I tried to join SG Home, but weird enough...it's slower than my US Home! lol..just had fun with hairyLGS...tried to trick a couple of dudes into thinking i was a chick...then magically transform into a fat balding man with a moustache. from your PDA Menu, go to "My Personal Space" and you can see there's the summer house there. it's really a nice place.
oh, i just managed to download the areas in SG Home (late, i know  ), and I must say..it's really nicer in design compared to US Home. The game space even has Darts..and the central square is very very pretty.i really hope all the free stuff we get in this closed beta will be brought over to the final version. i know it will be brought over to the open beta..so here's to hoping we don't need to buy these items again. i'm wondering, who here would want to pay for items in Home? (sorry if this was discussed earlier..too lazy to read through the other pages. )Added on December 6, 2008, 7:40 pmhey the 1.02 patch is out. since open beta...connection to both SG and US Home always drop.
managed to get into the alley in US Home..my god..terrible lag which obviously wasn't there during closed beta. LOL...let's wait for Sony to do some server maintenance and upgrades.  |

Go to Far Cry 2 location and you can visit the Train Station and Reuben's Office. Reuben's Office have tons of info about Far Cry 2 plus an interactive map for those of you whom play the game. As for Uncharted: Drake's Fortune you go to Sully's Bar. There, you have 3 other arcade games to play and it's a place to hang out for fans of Uncharted. Other than that, there's nothing much but hang out only. Future upcoming locations like Resistance, Warhawk (which was shown in E3), Guitar Hero & SOCOM will be added in the future. So far, no problems and no drops. Very happy with it but still the place is boring a bit. Just wish they add more stuff.   |

was able to go in Home..and finally downloaded all the places. just visited Uncharted room..and got the codes..downloading the 'secret' rooms..haha
like i suspected...they were working on the servers. they acknowledged it in the message of the day. good job Sony for addressing things quickly!  and i must say..central plaza looks AWESOME! also got to watch trailer to twilight and the music video from paramore. noice!
