This topic also came out ar? See how serious your accident lor.
Mine last time front crash other's boot and took 2 weeks to repair and come back. smile.gif

For yours if turned upside down means the top also damage right? Then it should be longer, probably 1 month - 2 months. If you miss your car, go to the factory and pay a visit lar. I did that last time.

then they said after repaired and got the new registration number, they have to drive to jpj check/test the car.

I know it may take very very long time.sad.gif

At least a month. The first or two week, is the time where your insurance adjustor will come to inspect the car, then send for approval. Fastest also need at least a week.

claiming insurance taking longer time, repairing work is fast unless no spare part and need to wait...

I know the repairing process can be fast, i dun even worry about the repairing process.
Now what I'm worried is the process of registration at JPJ putrajaya there, you know la how "effective" of our government department.....

btw how is total claim works?
is that mean if i pay 20k as downpayment, still got 20k loan, then the insurance will pay bek bank 20k loan and 20k downpayment money to me?

I think do this, get a replacement. Sure you will rugi, but then from what you say, car is a total write off. If it can be repaired, your crumple zones all gone, if needs new roof, if needs new front end.
This method is faster, as you do not need to worry fixing the car, and get a new car sooner. All depends on your insurance though
