still could be better than tmnut, like for torrenting, for example, if you get local peers, speeds can be REALLY fast. like few hundred KB/sec (2mbit line should be on the 250KB/sec range)

or say, malaysian FPS (CS/BF/HL/TF2 etc etc) online servers.

well I did say "use to" that mean past time lo . . .

I didnt go there for long time lo . . . Malaysia Broadband is hopeless. biggrin.gif

broadband ? malaysia ? ive almost forgotten the name redi lor. in my area almost nothing workd , tried all. celcom , digi , maxis all useless. Regardless screamyx is sux but to be honest its still the BEST isp in malaysia. sad.gif

ok i just stumble on this topic out of the blue.
I'm am one of the worker who used to give the long faces to the customers during my time at autosurf.

i do know i do not deserve the Highest discount percent of the Autosuft member. There for no argument on that.

The thing i Do not happy is Are the Customer services ARE Allow to Give Customers A Face to Face Warning?
When i notice my discount was deducted i ask the customers what is happening.
The first Supervisor do not reply much by simply said : "I don know wor, It must be Odin setting it." end of statement without proper explanation.
The second supervisor is much more friendly by at lease telling me that Autosuft are changing their services operation.
Ok since explanation is acceptable i would forget it and move on.

But it not over like that.
One week later, there is this Lengchai Customer services which i got to know a little from him saw me in the Autosuft and decided to call me out.
I tot what happend, but when outsite the shop. He give me the Face to Face warning telling me i Should behave a little during my visit at Autosurt.
As the first customer services one who i was asking what happend during the changes Bo Song with my attitute and ask me to be careful as after i walk out of the shop.

Mind explain this?

He's an unhappy worker in Autosuft, because:

He works there but got his discount for playing in the cafe deducted.

A handsome supervisor somehow called him out when he was enjoying his 'discounted time' in the cafe(he was the customer at that moment) and that handsome guy somehow dislikes him for some reason?

Is my translation correct or horribly flawed?

I would say no. Because i not a good essay writer. And I never got a proper Education if you asking me, not to mention people who have the chance to study wasting their time playing games skipping their classes.

The point is do you treat your customers with Warnings or Smile?

1)u shouldnt bang the table and shout at the staff, u did it as a staff, now u're doing it as a customer
2)what ethical standard do u expect from parttimers who just started working, it might be their 1st job,they're learning, u learned didnt u
3)the guy who warned u is not a staff, he stopped working months ago, he's upset tat u shouted at the new staff

You are doing a service business, in which you providing services which involves people themselves not goods/items. It is a practices of a services crew to throw away emotions and personal problem during working/servicing customer. That is a basic rule in a hospitality field of work.

You sir, need to gave pleasant presentation of your company, crew and service at all time during working period. When the customer is not happy with you, its not their fault, its yours. get it?

And if you think opening and operating cyber cafe got nothing to do with hospitality industry? you are dead wrong, its a cafe in the first place right? so whatever happen, your customer always win in Hospitality field.

im not speaking on behalf of autosurf, i do not, represent autosurf.

i did say they're new, they're learning, didnt i?

as for loser_yuyu23 case, its just an exstaff getting a telling off by another exstaff, i think all of the current staffs are doing well. if u dont think they r, feel free to tell it to any1 incharge, im sure they'll do something about it.

for the "i just lost a family member" face, im an exstaff at autosurf, im sorry that im not good looking enough that u get upset about it, but sadly, my look is like that, but i have no doubt on my performance n service.

But i don like to go the autosurt at subang jaya there..becoz the first time i went there.. the staff are so inpolite and rude.. seems like wanna whack me..
I juz asking for the package which i wanted to play..
and Zzz..
As the customers, don we have the rights to ask what we want?
So, after that, i prefer go FTZ or JS.. coz autosuft there have no manner staff working over there..
