Wanna ask sifu sekalian regarding night scene shot. Seems like the result wasnt satisfying, altho I shame to upload it here, but I guess its best to ask sifu what's wrong with it.

I dont know why the flares were still there eventho I clean up the filter. Perhaps it was kinda rainy night that causes it ? Owh, IF without the flares, what do you think of the shot ?

Anyway yeah, the second shot is overexposed tho. And thanks for the quick reply.

Ok taking note. I'll try with different settings and yes, I did use tripod for all the shots. Will try with lower ISO, slower shutter speed and smaller aperture. Thanks alot guys. Anyway, when will the filter come in handy ? During night shot I really have to remove the filter ?

Zio : All this while your macro shot really tempting, are you using SP90 ? Can the lens shoot good panorama and potraiture ?

Sifu-sifu sekalian, I noticed the picture abit yellowish, didnt set the correct WB, was left it to auto. And anyhow I can improve my shot ?

I cant even do a good panning shot with auto focus, let alone film slr. Still have lots to learn

Wow zio is getting the D90, does that mean you will less contributing in this thread with your great piccas ?

This was straight taken from camera, only a single shot, not combined. Wait I include the EXIF data too.

But may I know why u ask HDR and how many shots ?

Just came back from meeting darthbaboon. A very nice and friendly guy. Actually I shud say he is one bad guy because poisoning me with the D90 and 50mm f/1.8 , till now my head is still thinking about it, the pictures he showed me were brilliant. AND, the video capturing using 50mm is a total

Thanks to him too for showing few techniques of shooting, really appreciate it.

Summore he got taken few pics using his D90 + 50mm with my SD. So the piccas with me. If he allows me to post it up, I might do that to poison poison you (later go KLPF can straight buy it)

p/s : You would not want to see bokeh-ness in the video captured by the D90 with 50mm

I want a 50mm f/1.8 too. All out of stock right now, and second hand mostly very fast sold out.

Anyway, learn with the kit lens first
