These are pictures of bean not-so soon after the gathering. About monday or tuesday.
She looks like a normal WW until I use the softlight flash, then I noticed her fur is browner and glittery, giving a very wet look. When I touched her is fine, sandbathing as well. By the way, invasion of the sunflower. I don't know what are the other two plants are, one looks like tomato and the other some kind of melon. Dare not feed it to the hamster or else kaput from poisoning. This post has been edited by Sophiera: Sep 5 2008, 02:05 PM |

Hamsters sleep and groom a lot, it's pretty normal. It's not normal when they stop eating though. Normally they're away early morning or at night. Quite Crepsecular

It's ok hams don't overeat. Sometimes may look like eating but actually hoarding.
Same thing when I refill my hamster's bowl, WW. she go absolutely nuts over it. Sit on it summore. |

Change diet, and get some sand. If all still not ok, check out the vet list and try to get to the first 3 listed there.
http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/264418 By the way Nezu, behind bean's ear is all white already. White with ur Most of the fur is growing back but still a bit thin on that part. |

And she tak tahu makan lol. She doesn't recognize it as a veggie so I left it in the cage. Sunflower is edible, right? |

Give it lots of tissue paper while it builds up its fur.
I think Hun can be trusted...she kept a lot of small animals and a whole army of mice lol |

. . . Vitakraft is one of the not-recommended brands
Didn't read the front post? The good ones are either Harry hamster, Prestige (if you haven't relaised people are raving about it for 84 pages) and Slius. Living world Classic looks ok but I still want presteige |

QUOTE(anderyna @ Sep 8 2008, 05:15 PM) Maybe you can put some rocks/plates/bricks/bowl for your hamster to climb up. I used some of my childhood rock collection to give it a platform. The main platform is a brick of some kind I found washed up on the beach... Who'd figure out a piece of rubbish is so useful in the future? Those syrians sound like good size candidates! Where is it? Get Nezu or Hun to buy. Either that or they're extremely obese |

Quick, inform Hun/Nezu so they can add big hammies to the hamster army.
We are all staring at you! |

By the way, bean's been avoiding all the basil leaves I snipped for her. Suddenly she don't like basil.
