@ Jeanjean
Most likely your hamsters have a viral infection caught from the petshop. they kill very quick and most vets don't know how to treat small animals. Try Dr Jenny, if they're still alive...she's on the vet list. |

Nezu gave me a sample to try for bean. It's a health booster mix, not one of the official flavours.
Made of various beansprouts and herbs blended together. |

@Moo: don't feed garlic, onion, tomato of any form or kind. Limit on veggies with oxalic acid like spinach and brocolli because of the oxalic content.
I think the list of edibles are on the first page, somewhere in the spoiler tabs. |

Start veeeery slowly if your hamster has never eaten fresh veggies before. Like a tiny silver or a little piece. The size of your thumb can liao.
Sometimes they don't like it so better not waste. |

As for the seeds either give as treats or...do like I do. Sometimes when I change the bedding and pour the old food away some seeds germinate. I will wait until the first leaves open up and take the stuff to feed the ham.
If you have space can watch sunflowers grow too lol. The entire plant can be cooked and eaten. |

Sunflowers...basically they sprout like weeds in my compost so I saved some. there are two types, one will be very small and another will grow to monster size.
They need rich loamy soil to be really fruitful, but pretty much grows anywhere that's not too dry or too wet. Basically the leaves of the monster sized can grow as big as a palm. That's a lot of leaves for the little guy to much |

Hamsters will be wondering what is so fun of us sitting in front of the pc.
You think she's obsessed? See mine...she practically lives in the wheel except for water and some food. Tissue papper also stuff inside the wheel |
