I suggest you to get a tank instead of tubes and another cage which is more expensive than buying a tank. You'll also find difficulties when you came to the washing part.     Tank is better as it's more spacious and transparent, therefore it's easy for you to interact with your hammies and also to 'grab' them. The current cage you have, you can keep it for spare or sell it lor. That's simple.

If you just need to go back for few days, don't advise you to bring your hamsters along as they need to adjust themselves to the different environment and they will get stress. My cousin's hamster went back to her hometown with her as she gotta move back permanently, the hamster so stress till bite her sister and he never bite anyone before. He just get so stress. Imagine, your hamsters have to adjust to the new environment and just get adapted and yet gotta shift back to a different environment, how stress they will be? Leave enough food and water and you can leave them for few days without problem unless you are going back for weeks or months without anyone can take care of them, then you can consider bringing them back with car. For me, they are very sensitive with the surrounding and easily get stress.

A tank is the best choice, becoz cage always got chewing prob. no matter wat chew toy u giv, once in while they'll still chew ur bar... haha... And also the bedding wouldn't spill out from the cage when they play or dig.

If they get stress, can lead them to have wet tail which is lethal for hamster. Senawang is not tat far from here, so juz fill up their bowl and bottle, leave it at home. If ur house is grounded, make sure not cats can go inside...

i guess there is exp date on the vege powder packing.   anyway its dry powder, if u feed until expired. keep it in fridge.. it can still use for 6 mths after expired

Habitrail is not so good. It's just full of kuaci and corn that's fattening and also those pellets that you have to force them to take. Better if you add with prestige or harry hamster lor. Make a lil mix with the habitrail you have left.

My best way to see their stomach is tat i use a mineral bottle and cut off the bottom part, and scoop them in. when u hold the bottle straight, u can see them doing hamster dance.... take ur time to snap their belly.... wuahahahah... 1-man-job, and definitely wun harm the hamster

Haha... finally bought my vege powder. Now the "Chubby Hamster Combo" is complete, and i started feeding them smoothie + vege powder ball.... they are more like investigating the ball than eating.... haha... tat's hamster...

If the ball is dried up, can i add in water? But if for smoothie + powder, then i'll need to throw away in the nex morning, rite?
