I like FMA Brotherhood. I watched the first FMA but Brotherhood is on a more bigger scale. The plot is really good. Very different from the first one.

How different? I just heard that the first Fullmetal Alchemist series contain a lot of fillers and its ending is similar to Soul Eater's ending.

There are certain characters only appeared in the first FMA anime like Dante, and the homonculus also some different e.g. Bradley is Pride in the first but he's Wrath in Brotherhood. From what I've read Brotherhood follows the manga while first FMA alternated some story plot.
