physically... well ure not really fighting against teams in BPL where physical really comes into account. so i think it wont be a prob as long barca dont meet any epl team during ECL round.
please try to emulate madrid this term, m sooo looking forward to bojan. shud b a 17 years old 1st team already ay
*
yeah you are right..barca always got problems against EPL teams because of that..thats why barca bought keita and hleb..keita with good physique and hleb with good work rate..i think pep is doing a good job because he knows what he should do, which is finding a balance in the team, and he has done exactly that, although maybe it is better if he gets one or two more signings

and hell yeah, just wait for bojan to shine brows.gif brows.gif

i was so sleepy last night sweat.gif ..already on the bed at 2.00..very dissappointed cant watch the match..really want to know what have happened in the match..goal.com reported it was like the same old story for barca..played with 4-3-3- system without much creativity cry.gif cry.gif..got many many possession but no shoot on target to show

Yeah, i watched...
was kinda boring, and wisla were the more offensive team..
We just manage to move the ball around, but not the players
*
i think that was bcoz pep used keita-toure-xavi midfield trio right?this line up sure is lacking of creativity there right?

its normal for barca to have greater share of possession than their opponents..they've done that against almost all teams..but then if wisla is the more attacking side, it think barca was not taking the match seriously sweat.gif sweat.gif

now next is numancia..promoted to la liga for this season..can we expect barca will stroll past them? smile.gif smile.gif

why barca is in the 1st pot?i think only automatic qualifiers will be put in that pot right?so spanish clubs, villareal should take barca's place..

btw, my choice:

barca; mes que en club
juventus-->nedved factor tongue.gif
celtic-->wanna prove that scottish brand of anti-football can be brought down easily with barca's fluent football smile.gif
famagusta-->beautiful name tongue.gif

should be noted fiorentina is in the last pot sweat.gif sweat.gif with the ability they have, they shouldn't be there

its not difficult to build a very organised defence if that team use 9 defenders all stand in front of their goal

i am just wondering, why barca insist to play that one-two passing game against a team who put all their men right in front of their penalty box?

etoo, our striker, now is mainly the passer of the ball for messi and henry to do one-twos, instead of scoring goal shakehead.gif shakehead.gif ..based on the match, barca players are really really confused about tactic right now..each of them cant function well..including messi..hoping pep can solve this problem, and he should..ive seen a team who we whipped last year, valencia, performed much better than us yesterday

barca, please buck up, it's been a hell long 2 years now mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif

Another fake Pre-season, luckily this is La Liga not EPL, u can lose to 7 or 8 games but u still can win La Liga, this wont happen in EPL
*
the preseason results are not fake..barca is indeed a good team..it is just numancia played so defensively after that 14th minute goal..did you see there were 2 defensive line infront of their goal, with 4 defenders, and 5 defensive midfielders..wth?? mad.gif mad.gif

numancia played very deep defensive..i always keep counting the no of their defender and its always 9 players!!walla..maybe barca should try for the long range..because i can see,we will always facing this situation on the future..
*
yes i agree..but i dont think long shots will do barca any good in such tactic..you could see xavi toure and keita attempted long range efforts, but bcoz their midfielders were also defending, they were forced to shoot early and so far from goal..to score from that kind of distance, luck is needed as much as shooting skill

imho, it is really impossible to penetrate such defending wall cry.gif cry.gif

harsh lesson for barca..do not concede goals so early doh.gif doh.gif

i think its better to concede early goals because we have enough time to come up and equalize.. imagine conceding a goal at 90th minute
*
conceding goals always bad, no matter when or how, but in barca's point of view, conceding early is the worst situation to be in, bcoz all opponents will defend like numancia did after they score early goals..and they will keep playing counter attacks..that has happened many many times like season..and it is sad to know that barca is still doesnt learn from past mistakes doh.gif doh.gif
