ha ha tempted to get because the price is reasonable lar plus shipping - i always target below USD10 (including shipping).

but i cant get cheap shenmue off ebay

Popular games tend to fetch higher prices in Ebay. Especially if it's attracting people's attention

Goodluck with your Shenmue, it's a revolutionary game indeed. But under USD10 including shipping it's quite tough to get. Unless you're buying the Ntsc/jap version. There's another version of Jap Shenmue called US Shenmue which has the voice in English and Japanese text but this one will fetch a bit higher than USD10 (Last time I saw sold for around USD20). You can also get the Ntsc/u version, but if it's from US the shipping would not be cheap.

i can't read japanse, bought JP games because some games has never been released in the west,
JP games packaging/design looks better and it is easier to find one in good condition + cheaper too.

not planning to sell it la, zelda series is one of my favorite and it is hard to find uc version locally,
i got lucky spotted it in lyn garage sales together with the rest of the uc n64 games i owning now.

Calling Bangai-O random crap is sacrilegious!

Anyway, great collection, too bad most of it are not JP versions.

I would like to own JP versions of Mars Matrix and Cannon Spike (GunSpike).

Oh, you are also missing Chaos Field, Border Down, Radirgy and Shikigami no Shiro II....

Well until today I can't seem to like Shenmue (either you hate it or love it I guess). I felt the game was too slow and long and with the day/night cycle. I do think it was a technical achievement and it did really imitated life and everyone seems to be alive and have a daily routine. Well Shenmue later offspring Yakuza appeal to me more (with its more structured gameplay)

Only looking for Border Down from that list, the rest either I have on other platforms or not interested

Shenmue was amazing alright at that time, let alone the budget to create this game at that time was astronomically high @ 70 million dollars and took 7 years of R&D. Bear in mind that this game was released in '99 and only GTA4 just managed to beat it only recently @ 100 million dollars as the most expensive game ever developed.

Too bad that the game didn't bring enough profit so at the end it really proved costly for Yu Suzuki. Now we can only dream of what Shenmue 3 would have been ...

its a nice game ,but can get a bit tedious when searching for clues .

one thing abt shenmue game... come with big box (4 disc)... still havent played shenmue 2 (either on dc or xbox... sigh)

i missed the old days of playing MUSHA aleste on MD... its got awesome music, also Vapor Trail on arcade (one song thru out entire game, except bosses theme - eat a lot of coins) fun playing two player....

there's one MD game i've had be4.. dont know whether still got or not.. Rent-A-Hero...

For NGC? Look for cheapassgamer, his price is pretty decent

Don't care about the price, but Musha Aleste is not as nice as Denin Aleste for MDCD
