Popular games tend to fetch higher prices in Ebay. Especially if it's attracting people's attention 

Goodluck with your Shenmue, it's a revolutionary game indeed.  But under USD10 including shipping it's quite tough to get. Unless you're buying the Ntsc/jap version. There's another version of Jap Shenmue called US Shenmue which has the voice in English and Japanese text but this one will fetch a bit higher than USD10 (Last time I saw sold for around USD20). You can also get the Ntsc/u version, but if it's from US the shipping would not be cheap.

There's another psx game that you may know as well, it's called Brigandine. I think it's a bit of both Tactics Ogre and Dragon force, so people who likes this genre shouldn't miss this one

I actually like fighters, shooters and puzzle games. Also games like Final Fight/Bare Knuckle-types.

All games are easy to get into but hard to master. RPGs take too long to finish, but if I ever play one properly, I may get hooked.

It's only coincidental that some of the games are expensive. Some I bought cheap because I know where to look for a bargain (RM12 Cash Converters, thank you very much). Ebay is still a good place to find them too.

Anyway, I'd just like to think that once I get tired of gaming, I can at least recoup some of the money back.

I may be wrong, but the PAL version of Shenmue II will not run using AR or DCX. I remember when Shenmue II was close to being released back in 2002, Microsoft suddenly snapped up exclusive publishing right for the North American version of Shenmue II. Which meant that the Dreamcast Shenmue II could not be released in the US. Importing the PAL copy was a no brainer, but I remember reading from a lot of sources that the PAL version can be run only on PAL consoles, or by using a modchip. (Yes, modchips exist for Dreamcast.) Trying to find the original source I read from (National Console Support) but it's not there anymore. Other threads I tried to find disccuss that the game is playable using the bootloader. I don't have an original PAL copy myself, so there's no way to confirm whether it is true or not.

I visited the Ampang Point Cash Converter today and bought a number of PS1 games - Biohazard 1, Kagero, Eternal Punishment 2, Saga Frontier 2 and Tenchu ( thanks faidzal and gnusmas for the tip)
One game RM4... its just unbelievable.

they have about >100 new & sealed ps1 titles there. most of them are not well known titles except for the above. There are however only a couple of ps2 titles.

anyone has any idea what are the titles available in other branches in Klang, Sunway and SEA?  Plan to visit these branches maybe next week if there are interesting titles.
