dear AMAX users, usually what day will AMAX send their bill to your house?hahah I havent get mine, going to pay for 1st month, excitednyerr.

i got my first bill, the second bill never reach me, then straight got my third bill stating 2 months fees

Nope. No such option yet. You got to pay it by transfer money via atm, or pay by visiting their office. If pay by ATm, you'll need to scan the receipt and then email to amax. What a troublesome jobs...
I was hoping maybe amax can establish some sort cooperation with maybank2u, make everyone's life easier.

PS. I just check the amax website, there stated we can bank into amax maybank account.. but.. how would amax know who i am?

no wireless can play online games~

i used to get average 80-90+ ping playing dota with g@rena. it was very smooth until recently the ping keeps going above 150 & starts lagging crazily. amax is the 1st wireless i experienced (in Malaysia) that can play online game smoothly but sadly it was the past.

I've paid the bill last week by transferring payment to their maybank account online. I copy the online transaction receipt details into a word file and send it over to amaxinfo@asiaspace.com.my and then called up a number given by their customer enquiries in order to get their acknowledgement on my email sent to them. A bit "cacat" with their bill payment system

oh ic~ i used to play dota and maplestory, when it's over ping of 30ms, maplestory is not playable~ 80ms is average ping for all wireless~ ping for Streamyx wired is 15 - 30 while Streamyx wireless is average at 50~

walau.. over 30ms maplestory & dota not playable.. u sure is over 30ms not 300ms? =.= even with 50ms+ playing on9 games that require low ping like counter strike wont be any problem at all

the experience will be totally different, mine is lv16x helmed and necklaced early this year~ dota cannot deny creeps beyond that ping~

oh i don't know a same ping/latency with diff ppl+computer+internet+lvl of the character will cause different latency, unless u have a lauyah computer then i understand. i used to play dota with amax 90+ping for several months no problem to deny creep at all. ping beyond 30ping cant deny creeps, this is totally lol. not to say i pro or boasting u can ask any gamers around. maplestory above 30ping not playable, i dont know that maplestory require lower ping than counterstrike to play

only 1 conclusion, u're pro~

well.. u can twist the truth with your fancy words as many as u want but the truth is amax becoming just like other broadband provider. truth hurts

I wonder where you got that hint from~ look back at my posts and u'll notice that in my humble opinion, ping of 80ms is more than wired ping of 15 - 30ms~

its not an opinion or humble, its a false statement as i can play on9 games with amax smoothly (used to)
