Sometimes surfing also a big problem using amax

we don't need 1.5mbps to surf web pages. 512kbps will be more than enough.

,they need training in order to grow stronger than other pikachus ,just like streamyx compete with p1


yeah ,most of the internet user are more caring about torrent ,videos ,softwares .Unless you're rich enough to get the better speed / Watching flowage of shares / sharing with other housemate & family members ,you definitely want to get a better speed

Well not to say amax is always so bad, at least today it gave me quite good connection with less interuptions when surfing.

Looks like Amax has better upload speed. Unfortunately my area no coverage

LOL ... do you call Nokia/SE/LG/Samsung to complain about Maxis network service problem?

I believe AMAX advertised they do not cap anything but I dunno how honest are they on keeping the promise.
If the operator wanna cap you from downloading movies, there is no way you can bypass them!

How often is the IP address change? Is it mean disconnection or the lease time of the IP is too short? By right, the the device should request for the same IP.

each time i check with whatismyip.com, i obtain a different IP Address.

True. If I am able to refresh the page like 5 times within 10 seconds, I'll get at least three different IP addresses

This explains why my VPN and SSH connection can't last more than 30 minutes. IP address keeps changing

Well, my signal strength is always around 50% - 70% only, never exceed 70% .


I think signal strength is not the most important thing, as when I went to my friend's house where I can get 90%+ of the signal but the connection was sucks like hell...

something like this ,always remained 1-2 bar and speed is around 30-40 kbps ,when midnight can reach 1mbps
