PSB thread so quiet nowadays. All waiting for new Image?

Just got my entry level speakers today. Excuse the poor pic quality, only using HP. Pair Alpha T1 and C1 run by Yammy 665. Tks to all the bros who gave advise along the way.

Tks. The sub is subseries 1, as not sure how speakers will sound in my place. Already feel its underpowered tongue.gif , need to adjust the settings to see if it helps.

The tv is a kuro 508xg and the wall mount is the one which comes along free wif the tv. Basic unit too, can't swivel or extend, nothing fancy about it.

Was at A&L last night, the Image S50 bipole surround speakers sound good, even though pair with Focus Audio FSC1 and FC8. Not sure if which one is better if compairs to Axiom QS8 v2?

Your room is big, should get at least the 5i Sub for a few hundred more. If your PSBs are new, I think can 'trade-in' to upgrade the sub if you want.

No rears? Get the entry LR1 oso can for temporary basis smile.gif

Ya, was thinking along those lines for the rears. Need to get a feel of the room first and ur right, the subseries1 isn't holding on too well for now, can still pack them up and higher one.

Today test with Alpha T1,C1 and LR 1 at amcorp mall, Yap patient ion serve with us, rclxms.gif thumbup.gif but the performers show a bit disappointed for me, cause my friend need to set up his HT system, from 0 start, budget for him limited, my opinion if budget allow i 'wil go for image T55 rather than Alpha if the set up at parlor.

The sub first we test with PSB 8" ( can't remember the model ), we didn't feel any explosion feeling, after we suggest to change to 10" sub woofer, is better, for my opinion Alpha set up at small room is great performers, for parlor need to at more bullet~~~~~! sweat.gif sweat.gif sweat.gif , correct me if i'm wrong tongue.gif

Alpha is PSB's entry level solution, dun expect much lah. Its still a decent setup with decent results with decent dent on your wallet.
