I think twice a week would be better. Better still 3-4days. U dont get to train much in once a week, u will learn slower plus u would have to do other exercise to keep up physically.

Hmmm....but Ding's Gym only conducts 1 lesson per week. So should I go enquire about SMASH instead?

You are welcome to try out our Crazy Monkey Defense Program in KDT Academy. More info here: http://www.kdta.com/cmd.html

It's old school boxing with clinch & standup grappling aka dirty boxing, as part of our MMA program. thumbup.gif

If you a beginner with no experience in any MA, then great for you - no need to unlearn any bad habits. icon_idea.gif

I'm currently learning Muay Thai over at Boxxwarriors Ampang and I was wondering whether they're any western Boxing clubs in the PJ/KL area ? I'm interested in checking out western Boxing during my upcoming holidays. (:

I would like to ask: is there any free martial art classes available in KL/Selangor?

I am not trying to be funny, or trying to compare between locations, its just that, here in Tokyo, there are several MA classes that are offered for free to anyone, most of the time done as volunteer groups (no hidden agendas or anything like that), and I've joined a couple of them.

Hopefully no one will misunderstood my question, thank you.
