If the wing chun instructor is still teaching at Crush, you can't go wrong learning from him. I heard he's wing chun lineage is the Hong Kong version, which is the one that Bruce Lee learned from Yip Man.

Actually, nowadays you probably could get a blue belt in BJJ after training for 1.5 - 2 years (2-3 times a week). Still, yeah, it's quite a long time to get to the 1st coloured belt. Fun (but sometimes frustrating) journey, though... QUOTE(surehit @ Feb 12 2009, 11:58 PM) Hey man, do you know that in the old days, it takes about 10-15 years to earn a black belt in BJJ? A blue belt in BJJ takes about 3 years and it's considered the equivalent of a BB in other more popular MAs like TKD or Karate.

QUOTE(JimBeam101 @ Mar 6 2009, 02:28 PM) BJJ classes are around 100 per month? I'm not sure. Cheapest place (less than RM70 per month) for some BJJ action is at Ding's Martial Arts Gymnasium in Kelana Jaya. However it's more of a training group setting...

Ding's Gym is quite near to TTDI. Fees are cheap too, and there are several black belts teaching. QUOTE(Mr.Pikachu @ Aug 30 2009, 07:50 AM) Hey guys, I want to learn Judo and from page 1 there was 2 choices (or is there more) since I'm staying around TTDI which is Ding's Martial Art Gymnasium and SMASH. I would like to know which would be better in terms of distance. Does anyone practice in either one?
