the shoplot nearby field behind park 51 is ongoing by taipan, some commercial shoplots...the big land beside park 51, reserve for future commercial building purpose...most probably after park 51 fully complete...


if u notice there are lots of huge development within 5km radius from park 51...icon city and PJ sentral, will create quite lots of job opportunity and same time increase the demand for property at this area...this location can say it's the real centerlize PJ location...just between Sunway, midvalley, one U and damansara...

block C for sure still got left over developer units....pass by this morning, block A and B seems ready to handover...there will be another entrace/exit point at block A there..quick spacious and i think there will be a guard house built there....

the block C construction already complete the car parks level, clubhouse also start install the window...

the progress is slow, but looking forward on bright side, once complete, should be a very fresh and new project outstanding at this strategic location...

in fact, eventhough without full facilities complete and in place, now the subsale oledy tranc at 400psf...once whole roject completed, should be up to 450psf at least...

well, what else, strategic location still win it all

yea block A owner here..high floor unit face kelana jaya/subang jaya.....2 car parks...1288 sqf unit, 4 bedrooms....low density...only 8 units per floor...asking price 550k....interested just PM me...

well, block A and B completed, block C already complete 3 level carparks and now on 1st floor construction, clubhouse start to install windows and some gas pipeline....cant wait to see the final look for the whole project...looks damn fresh and new at this area...

i think the swimming pool will open partially for use...

dont worry la, no facility in place already can rent out 1.6k above...and tranc at 400psf...

when all facilities in place....rental and price will shoot up again..later nearby icon city complete, price lagi shoot up....what to say...location win it all

seriously a...600k also got people willing to place the deposit?

i though at this moment only can shoot up around 480k for 1143 sqf unit...seems like lots of potential for this condo..well,convenience location win it all...multiple access point to federal highway, LDP and sprint......less than 10km to sunway,one U, midvalley, paradigm, tropicana city mall....future got icon city somemore..... drool.gif drool.gif drool.gif

1143 sqf tranc at 530k...well, then i ne to put higher sellng for my 1288sqf unit...iknitially just put 550k...seems like too low...
